Mr. Huckabay has more than 20-years experience in the planning, design, and management of local agency bridge projects under the federally funded Highway Bridge Program (HBP). His extensive knowledge of Federal Highway Administration guidelines, Sate Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) processes, and environmental requirements for HBP projects is a key factor in his success managing local agency bridge rehabilitation/replacement projects. Mr. Huckabay is actively involved in the firm’s business development efforts and also assists in the management of transportation infrastructure projects. Mr. Huckabay works out of MGE’s headquarters office located in Sacramento, CA.
